• got up and ate German Apple Pancake
• went to craft fair down the street (annual tradition)
• came home after 2 hours and ate leftover pizza
• got stuff collected and ran errands to:
  
  • collect free raggy fleece blanket kits

Um, I cannot keep up with the volume of posts lately.  If I missed something important, please point me there.  This morning I left the house at 8:30 and didn't get home until around 1:15?  Then we left again at 3 and didn't get home until 4:30.  And I cooked some sage sausages for dinner.  Shew.  I'm pooped.  I went to a friend's house this ( Read more... )

Here's a list of the highlights:

• got DD2 off to preschool
• came home and cleaned up the house to prepare for my mother's arrival
• got DD1 fed and I ate lunch
• listened to DD1 read her book and packed her snack
• dropped DD1 off at school

I'm tired, so I'm just going to cover the big points today:

• dropped kids off at friends house and went to a meeting
• picked children up and came home
• prepped dinner and cooked it (roasted broccoli and orange almond crusted chicken)
• took DD1 and her friend to ballet
• picked DD1 up

I feel like the only thing I should post for today is that DD2 has been in panties all day with no accidents.  I even took her out of the house with panties.  Man, that feels like a leap of faith.  *crosses fingers*  So far, so good ( Read more... )

We had a friend over yesterday morning and that was fun.  Then I walked the girls to school and they had a good time riding their bikes.  DD1 had a complete meltdown (sobbing, weeping type meltdown) when we got to school.  I almost thought she was developing a fever.  It was totally out of the blue and threw me for a loop.  I usually drop her off ( Read more... )

I got up at some point this morning and showered.  I got everyone fed and packed lunches for the girls and then spent twenty minutes working with DD1 to get her dressed and out of the house (she was freaking out because she said she didn't want to go:P and I was trying not to freak out because I really needed the alone time this morning).  So, I ( Read more... )

Major accomplishments of the day include

• going to Target and having a good time with DD1 where she spent half her allowance on Lisa Frank beads (the beads were originally $1, but they were half off, I have no idea why)
  
• going to the library twice
  
• doing more potty time with DD2
  
• taking girls to the playground
  
• talking to my mom for an hour

I was thinking that I wasn't going to strike, but now I think I am.  Or boycott, or whatever you call it.  The boycott begins at 8pm for those of us on the East Coast of the US ( Read more... )

I am feeling somewhat better today.  Thanks to everyone for asking.  I've also been too busy to wallow.

• got up at 7:30 (willingly!) and showered and got breakfast ready and got everyone out door by 8:30
• dropped car off at dealer and was back home by 9:15!
• cleaned up floor a little bit and greeted friends
• got girls busy coloring
• pin basted Witch Quilt!!!
